Certain products sold by GreenDoor Systems are custom-built or assembled to order. As a result:

  • Internal components, layout, cable routing, airflow configuration, and specific part brands may vary from images or descriptions.

  • We reserve the right to substitute components with functionally equivalent or superior alternatives based on availability.

  • Product images are illustrative unless explicitly stated otherwise.

We do not guarantee that a product’s appearance or subjective quality will meet personal expectations.

All product descriptions, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities at our discretion.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. GreenDoor Systems reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason.

An order is not accepted until payment is received and the order is confirmed by GreenDoor Systems. If an order is modified, delayed, or canceled, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided.

Custom Orders and Cancellations

Orders for custom-built or assembled products may not be canceled, modified, or refunded once order processing, component procurement, or assembly has begun. By placing an order, you acknowledge that custom products are built specifically for you and are subject solely to our Refund Policy.

Purchases are subject to return or exchange only as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

You represent that purchases are for personal or household use and not for resale or export.

SECTION 4 – PRICING AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect at the time the order is placed, excluding taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import fees unless stated otherwise.

Prices on our website may differ from those offered by third parties or in other channels. Promotional terms govern in the event of a conflict.

You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and to promptly update it as needed. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all charges incurred will be honored.

All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. GreenDoor Systems is not responsible for lost or misdelivered shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon transfer of the product to the carrier. We are not responsible for theft or loss after delivery confirmation, including porch theft. Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders at our discretion.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content and materials on the Services, including text, graphics, images, videos, logos, product names, and designs, are owned by or licensed to GreenDoor Systems and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

GreenDoor Systems trademarks, logos, and branding may not be used without permission. Shopify trademarks remain the property of Shopify. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The Services may include access to third-party tools. These tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsements. GreenDoor Systems is not responsible for any issues arising from your use of third-party tools.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

The Services are hosted by Shopify. All transactions are between you and GreenDoor Systems. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales, products, or disputes. You release Shopify from claims arising from transactions with GreenDoor Systems.
